Either seriously or meant as a meme.

Let's see what we can come up with.

Imagine there would be no way to regain health. No health regen, lifesteal, healing abilities and maybe even no fountain. Every little bit of dmg would be weighed in gold, minions would be fearsome monsters, slowly leading you to death (even during late game) and towers would be mvps. Oh things would be intense.

Imagine there would be no nexus and all of a sudden LoL would be about 10 champions trapped in a forest while being doomed to kill each other for all eternity (because let's face it: nobody ever surrenders...). Oh, and there would be gods called Veigar and Nasus.

-the team cannot hear us-

No hud or health bars.

You don't have a mini map. You have no idea how much health or mana you have left. You don't know how much gold you have until you shop. You don't know your abilities cooldowns. You don't know if your teammates are dead or alive without moving the camera. You don't know the score.

No champions. It's just players clicking on minions and towers while building items for themselves and using summoner spells to accomplish nothing except more clicking on minions and towers.
