Yea, was a limited time thing, was only available for the first 30 minutes of the pass being available

A rioter said in a post on r/rivenmains that it would be up in around a week, along with the Ahri emote. Apparently they changed the color scheme from purple to teal, but the purple scheme made it to live servers.
