Zoe’s W strength in early game

I think we are all avoiding the fact that Zoe’s W is very strong, if not too strong, during the early game. Summoner spells are a huge part of early game which can make or break someone’s death or survival, so when Zoe can take your summoner spells and, in an all-in situation, use your own summoners against you, what’s the point of using your summoner spells? On top of that she seems to get them from minions every other wave. This also leads to an even bigger power lead by having summoner spell pressure or an active item like Redemption or Protobelt for trades. Her E R+Q combo is very powerful in itself on top of her Lich Bane passive for quick trades. Adding summoner spell spamming and items creates an imbalance that essentially requires a very large early lead or a camp from the jungler. I’ve always wanted to see a cool down on the activateable part of her W, or even a restriction on what drops from the minions. For example, she shouldn’t be able to get a Protobelt active off of a minion before 10-12 minutes. Or she shouldn’t be able to get item activateables unless someone on your team or the enemies has that full item purchased. I don’t think nerfing runes or items will balance this ability.

i love when i'm playing against a zoe and she gets two ignites back to back, and i'm sitting there like "Wtf"
