I do not agree with you removing my post. Is there any way I can talk to your supervisor to argue my case for why my post should not have been removed?

We can talk here about it's removal, and if you'd still like someone else's response on this let me know.
The reason it was removed is cause of the Personal/Social Issue Discussion rules.
Your thread was a Social Issue that talked about Genders, and as the rule states:
Personal/Social Issue Discussions The Social/Personal Issue cannot be towards Ethnicity/Race, Sexual Orientation, Gender, and/or Religion.
