Why i can't get a mastery 6 token?

So i played today 6 times with my mastery level 5 Rengar and in 3 games which i won i got an S- grade but no token. All games were played in Summoner's Rift and Draft Pick mode. I already have one token which i can't remember how i got it, but i need one more to advance. What am i doing wrong?

I am unranked , level 36 and play in EUNE if that means anything.

Ur trash. Learn Jungle paths, map awearness, Warding positioning,knowing when and where to be,knowing what to do in early/mid/late game. Maybe you don't understand that you actually have to think when you play and not jump like a monkey and blame ur teammates about it.
