To declare this event as harmless, is to put your own probably rather uneducated subjective interpretation of it as the only acceptable truth. That is ironically quite the irrational and hateful way to initiate a Post. To force subordination on others through demand in the following, is just adding fuel to the fire. I hope this makes clear to you why your Postrating will inevitably end up in the far negatives.
I suggest you do more research on why people are mad about this in first place, perhaps you will not ignore the well constructed and even by Morello accepted critics.

Personally I prefer trolls that are funny, but I have to admit Colonel J is at the very apex of his brand of trolling.
I honestly don't care about the panels at PAX or even Daniel's response. Whatever. I have one question though AS a software professional. Let's take the given explanation at face value, let's agree that it is accurate that women and NB people are intimidated from taking part in these activities due to "aggressive" males. OK, that's agreed and understood, so now... how does this help? What are we gaining now? I can tell you for a FACT that the same is true for males (passive males are pushed out by aggressive males). So, let's accept and agree that we're not only gonna give them a boost into the job line but even improve hiring. Then what? Are they suddenly going to be able to talk over the aggressive males (or females) that were passing them before? Are all company meetings going to grind to a halt so everyone can be heard? Will they speak then? Are they going to get separate meetings to present their ideas?
There's a bit of sarcasm in there sure, but I'm serious. Again, I work in software dev and I've kept my mouth shut in some meetings because of who I'd be arguing with and I've argued my head off against what I consider bad ideas from other people. In some cases my good ideas were lost and in other cases maybe I've "shouted out" good ideas myself. But that's how companies work all across the country and unless Riot is going to hire a LARGE number of meeting "mediators", that's how their meetings are gonna go too. It'd be great if life was fair and if the "best" idea always won, but that's not how things work. And I'm just saying if you can't fight for yourself BEFORE getting the job, I don't see how you can fight for yourself AFTER.
(and if the argument is that it's about the difference in how boys and girls are raised, then dealing with "potential new hires" is WAY too late in the process)

Yeah, because people take time out of their lives, spend vacation days from work, and spend money to travel, get a hotel room, eat out several times, and whatever else only to find out one of their favorite games won't let them in solely because they were born a male. Why the fuck would you let that go? All that time and money spent and they throw your ass to the curb because you're a man/boy.
