How Do You Fight Singed?

This might be the most braindead champion, in the entirety of LoL. Not only is he braindead, but in lower Elo's, where people like to play braindead champs, he is unbeatable. He presses q, he walks around. Oh look now I'm dead in 8 seconds. You can't chase him or you die, after pressing q(SO MUCH SKILL), he might press a 3rd button, e! (WOW) Now you're dead. I have never won a game against a Singed, a Singed made me lose my Bronze 4 provo's, a Singed demoted me to Bronze 5. I can't take this braindead champion anymore please help.

Try Vlad out. Built in healing, decent damage, decent AoE clear, no mana or energy to manage. The only reason you have to go back is to buy or if you die, and you shouldn't be dying against a singed in lane as vlad.

His proxy farm is straight up AIDS, but I seriously doubt you're running into singed players that are good enough to do it and still be impactful after feeding if you're playing in B4 and 5.
