Is there anyway I can transfer an account, without like, y'know, having to pay 20 freaking dollars?

I mean, 20 dollars isn't a ton of money. But at the same time, it's like 60 tacos on Taco Tuesday. So if I'm being honest, it's incredibly valuable depending on how you invest it. And that is a LOT to ask of someone for a simple account transfer, especially if they've never transferred an account before.

Look I'll be up front: I've made a lot of mexican friends over the last year and a half, and I want to play with them on LAN flex. But it takes FOREVER to level an account, and I just don't have that kind of time anymore. I have two level 30 accounts on NA, and I want to transfer one of them, but not for 20 damn dollars - that's absurd. Furthermore, people hate the experience of dealing with smurfs. Riot, you yourself have stated you're not happy about smurfs in games. Here I am, without any choice, but to smurf because I don't want to spend 60 taco tuesday tacos on transferring my account to a place where taco tuesday is everyday.

So please, help me: is there any way to get past this? I really don't want to pay 20 dollars for a transfer that will be permanent.
