Need help setting up Chinese LoL Client

So here's my issue. There isn't much useful information to go on from random google searches unfortunately.

I'm attempting to download and install the chinese client, but am stopped by the QQ sign in. I have a QQ account that i can access, and i input the information correctly which leads me to a captcha screen. The captcha is always 4 english letters like any normal captcha, but no matter how many times i input it, it wont accept. It also gives me the error as if my ID were incorrect right after. However, if i input an incorrect QQ username, i cant even get the captcha screen.

Anyone here got any ideas?
