For some reason no one is acknowledging how dumb he is right now his build is so safe and does RIDICULOUS damage and no longer falls off late game because of double tear but since hes a popular champion it will be a while before hes nerfed

I'll never understand how his Q made it through the rework. Quite possibly one of the most difficult to balance skills in the game. :/ Ends up breaking half the new items they introduce.

Speaking as a silver player, he isn't an issue. They burst you a bit, but end up forgetting they can actually auto and get completely fucked when they waste their E on a dumb engage that places them on the front line.

but uploading posts on boards is pointless Riot never looks at them with reason because the only people here are iron to like silver who. ive gotten talked down to by iron and bronze players about this subject and they didnt even know he had double scaling on his Q. shit is just pointless man dont try to waste your energy on it. :)
