For example i want to buy angler jax this year at 2017 but it isnt able at store.Are legacy skins gonna be able at store at 19 december with the urf too or not? Why riot didnt put the legacy skins on store at 2017.Some people want legacy skins like me.can someone tell me? pls leave a commnet help me
