I think it's how old a Hok is
Or it could be a cage that you put garden hoes in
a kage you put your hos in
To give you a real answer is basically the head leader ninja of the Village Hidden in the Leaves.
Hokage basically means "the Flames shadow" and theyre a sort of super elite leader figurehead that each village has.
You do the Hokage pokage and you turn yourself around, that's what it's all about.
