The game isn't just about winning.
People really need to learn how to play from behind and have fun even when you're not ahead. This leads to more of those really close, fun games.

Everyone laughs at the "never surrender" folk, but the "every game is winnable" mindset is just that, a mindset. So long as you play like the game is winnable you stand a better chance, even if you intend to surrender.
there are games that aren't worth playing anymore from a certain point, and often those are games where I'm winning
most of the time I want to play on while losing

I usually stay above 10.0:1, and currently my ranked KDA is** 51.5 to 1. ** http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=AssauIto
Most players are below 3.00:1
All season I've been getting constant AFK's, 4v5s, and have had many intentional feeders. It really is the matchmaker.
every game is winnable because of the other team's hubris, or someone could dc etc
0.01% chance of winning is basically unwinnable, but it's not unwinnable
