well the title is pretty clear. i did not play any promo's and i got placed in bronze V while i was silver 4 last season. i understand that i will always get a lower elo and thats fine by me. but my problem is that i didnt play 1 promo and still got placed in bronze V

You literally cannot get placed in Bronze V. No one can be in the Bronze V. They only have 4 divisions per tier now...

There is no Bronze 5 anymore
You played 1 game of Zilean
You can now see what the lowest rank is, that you can get ranked into. (Provisional Rank). Its the lowest one possible and you can't lose LP in your promos. You work up from there. Its made for more clarity and less panic over "What Rank do I get?".

Also bronze is the new silver.. They added divisions and it now means you arent the worst!
