Where does this extreme greed come from?

I mean, now out of the terrible change of the fusion of IP and blue essence, you get to even erase the chance to fusion 3 champ shards for random champion. Not only the fact that you erased this option, but the tip for that, is that you can still get now pretty worthless champ shards from boxes. And now, in the last place, the only other decent option for the non-complete collection of champions, you erase aswell the chance of random champion, wich only positive change is that after you get all the champs from 3150 and below, you can get a random, but more efficient, champ. But no, you had to quit that aswell. I already leveled up to 40, and only got jhin shard of champs I didn't have, the chances are pretty much messed up. What is happening to the game? Wasn't the constant stream of skins enough? Was it needed to destroy the little things that was already atleast given to us before aswell?
