As-is she's just a villain instead of being morally grey. She doesn't need to be straight good but I think having her be a straight upsurper with no personal moral dillemas seems really bland. Like I want her to have personal struggle and strife while her methods are what make her the villain. There's room for it. Sylas has the same problem.
I personally like her. A cute, spoiled rich bitch with the ability to use the very elements of the world to bend people to her will.
Not everyone has to be sympathetic, some people are just assholes

I want her to look distinct. No interest to play her bland character, shitty voicelines that make her unsympathetic, only reason imo people play her is her Kit.
I am personally invested in Hecarim, in Aatrox, Darius, Draven, Lucian, Gangplank, every champ that I play has something about their Character that makes them interesting to me. Qiyana is whatever.
I don't consider her a villain at all, honestly. Her mindset is no different than that of pretty much any feudal lord throughout history. As long as she doesn't starve or unfairly punish her people, I don't mind if she has a Machiavellian approach to politics.
