Keystone ideas

Okay since we can all agree Dark Harvest is the most versatile rune right now I have an idea that would also solve another problem with Arcane Comet cause let's face it no one is gonna take this unless they aren't very bright or have some weird compulsion to take it. Okay so option one is to split the procing of the current Dark Harvest into 2 branches with the Comet being the spell oriented version that you can dodge vs this altered Dark Harvest that relies on autos. Option 2 is revert Dark Harvest but make Comet into the new one but keep the ability to dodge the comet/execute.
