The item needs to be 'in-class' for both the character that picks it up and the character that you want to transmog it on.
Lol. You play legion? Is it any good? You know, I've airways ended up going back every expansion, but everything past LK has been a let down to what I remember the game to be like. All the customizability is gone, raids are too easy and take no time to clear anymore. Blizzard sells gold now, making the economy crap for anyone who wants to take the time to farm and sell things...
Man i miss the old days. I just wanna relive all the old memories I have of that game back in the day, but can't because blizzard caters to casuals now. Sad day.
