Where is Camille.

Edit: She has had the second shortest time in the lime light for a new champion besides Orrn who hasnt had any. Even release Bard was more relevant than Camille after his release for longer. I havent seen her since they dumpstered CoTC not that i ever use it on her. Dumpstered her Ult E W and passive everything but her only problem being that her Q second proc does too much true damage is never touched. they also dumpstered hp which her shield scaled off of.
