It's not Unsealed Spellbook that sucks, it's basically all 3 keystones in Inspiration. Outside of very specific circumstances (Pretty much Kleptomancy on Ez and GP) these keystones just don't seem to do much. Add into the fact that I don't think much of anything in row below that (Hextech Flashtraption/Biscuit Delivery/Perfect Timing. I mean, I guess the free 300 gold from Stopwatch is okay) I can really only see Inspiration as a good secondary tree. I don't mind the free boots but even that's okay and I do love Cosmic Insight, but outside that, I don't know, the entire tree seems pretty meh.

Honestly, everything other than Aftershock, Comet, and Electricute+Sudden Impact seems really mediocre. Press the Attack is probably still good, but you don't really see its effect.

I kinda wanna try Kleptomancy on Ornn now just because he seems like the most valid candidate with the freebies.

Glacial Augment is nice.

Unsealed Spellbook is fucked because changing a summoner on cooldown is meaningless. I use Flash, its a 3 1/2 min cooldown no matter what. Dumb.

Does Kleptomancy really give extra 25 AA range? Because the wiki says that but in the launcher it doesn't say anything at all about extra range.

Idk I think the minion killing one seems like the stand out dud of the tree. what the fuck is that rune even for, helping bad people last hit??
