Why does Riot constantly make their Client Worse?

For the past few years of playing League, I have noticed that they continually make their client worse and worse. And now a days it is at it's lowest point. I can't explain the number of times I have had to reinstall the program due to it constantly crashing. Unable to get through champ select without freezing. Unable to update the client because of BOTH issues. And it just seems like they're proud of how terrible their client is.

The game can also not remember settings set for the game. Everytime I load up the game, I have to reset it to Borderless. As the program has chosen that I didn't set it to Borderless and reverts it back by it's own volition to windowed mode. My connection to their servers have caused me to get a leaverbuster recently. When the rest of my internet is working absolutely fine, except solely for Riot Games Program.

Is anyone else having the same problems?

been experiencing some reconnection screens, where everything in the game pauses then plays again only its forward to live.

Yes, I've been having the windowed mode reset for a couple months now. I also have to click the loot tab on the client, then click store, then back to loot for it to load.
