Also why is Leona just getting Project 2.0 as a skin when she's already Project? Who thought that one out?

He's 'popular', his usual 5% playrate has gone up since his op rework so time to cash in. This is what Riot means by "who needs a skin" when they have those meetings.

While i agree some champs like Xerath and Kindred do need skins, stop shaming old popular and iconic champs for getting skins.
