Honor level

So, I was honor level 0 with 2 checkpoints. Now, I am level 0 with 0 checkpoints. It took me 3 months to get to the 2nd checkpoint and now I get reset? With the splits it's IMPOSSIBLE to get back to level 1, not to talk about level 2. What's up with that ? [sg-shisa]
