you SHOULD ALWAYS jungle annie
Draven is the best Conquerer ADC though
His axes actually promote having the proc up and he has the best burst combo out of ADCs
Though even for him Press the Attack is up more often, Kai'Sa likely follows the same conditions but she has less mobility to set up the Conquerer proc
and how much of that true damage would have been mitigated?

I mean, Dont bother posting the few dozen of Failed attempts at this, Because its against your narative.. But do tell me how 4 good matches in a selection size of 14 is good statistics to do something
