New starter packs do not modify pricing based on things you own

I like to window shop the store. I am a relatively new player and I am still looking for champs I don't have and skins to go with them. Recently they added new starter pack bundles for each roll. I personally think this is great. What I do not agree with is charging the same price for the bundle regardless if you own none of the champions and skins or you own all of them and the icon all that is left. I messaged support and their reasoning is that the items are highly discounted. And while I think that is great if you don't own any of the items, I think it is ripping people off to make them pay the same thing. As with other bundles, they modify the pricing based on the things you own. I believe this should also apply to these.
