Why is this issue not at the top of the charts

BE change , why is this not being talked about even close to as much as it should be? am i the only one who is just blown away on how shitty this new system is and that the IP system was balanced and fair and did not need to be changed? I am also not even talking about shards or disenchanting or getting free skins. Im happy to spend some money to get the new skin or a skin on my fav champ thats fine by me. But now i have to grind just to earn (IP) BE? i cant play very often with my job but i love this game so i play as often as i can and in the last 8 games ive earned nothing.Without a tangible reward for playing (IP) i have a much harder time wanting to play league, which in turn ( and also due to this greedy as BE system) that if im playing less/ dont really see the point with out some reward im not gonna spend any money on a game im considering not investing my time in anymore.

To Put this all in a nuttshell IP system was perfect RIOT broke it wit BS BE I grammar was a class id have an F-- and i dont understand why this is not getting more attention and feed back
