Help me i cant win any game

every single game i am the one whit the most farm push and kills everything. i cant win games because of my team its no joke i do everything to my team when i have 2 or 3 kills i go roam bot or mid because they usually go 0/3/1 or somthing and i go and help but still they feeding i cant do anything i am stuck in silver. nothing can i do nothing. i am going to quit soon i think becuse this has gotten so boring always me every match that is the good player in my team the rest is so bad sorry its true. what can i do to win plz help.

Maybe play duo with someone so you guys can coordinate ganks or something.
Play a champion that can hard carry or snowball, like Yasuo or Vayne.

You see to have won games. You've only played 2 ranked games in the last month as of this post. Previously you were winning with about 50% consistency. Perhaps what you need to focus on is better communication. Perhaps call for Baron more often, it's harder for your team to throw if they're OP.
