I have several small issues with League. Minion blocking, the random stops of autoattacks, flash dmg etc. AND of course Matchmaking. Can SOMEONE explain to me, how a level 10 Player gets into a Ranked game? I wonder how his gaming experience was with the enemies and teammates trash talking him for how bad he performed #greatplayerexperience

Thats a graphical error, or you didnt actually click update. If you actually took the time to check his op.gg, you could see hes actually level 31 brand/garen main.
