There are only $50 cards and there is no way in heck I'm buying that. If anyone has any idea where a $5 card would be, could you kindly point me in that direction.

Minimum is $10 in most places. The only way to (reliably) get $5 is buying directly from Riot.

Yea I'm pretty sure $5 doesn't exist. the only way to do that is to buy RP directly from your credit card in-client then I believe you have more specific options.
