Quotes?

Ive always wondered why champions especially the old ones dont get new voice lines or an extra couple to fit a taunt for a new champion being released? Do riot just bring in a random person and record? would that be why its hard?

but also theres un used voice lines that im sure can be re-used? Such as Kalista has quotes when buying banshee veil ... there weill never be times she will buy this item now its an AP item so mayeb re use the quotes from there?

Also now that ornn got some changes allies cant buy items anymore ... So tehres a whole section of quotes that he wont be using now

I really like the taunt interactions i get in game seems a shame to let a few go :(
