Why cant we have League of Fun?

But what is "League of Fun" You ask fellow mortal. It is the league where would we see a Balance of all champs to be fairly played with each other and against each other without one group of champion pool would overkill in power all other champions because Riot said so.

League of Fun was back in Season 4, where things were balanced. Everything had a place and nothing was inherently shoved out.
