How do you deal with feeding teammates as ADC?

My only coping mechanism is to leave the game because I see it as a extended loss.

This always happens when I play ADC and my team feeds. I end up getting level 18 first. My team is brainless and have no clue what the fk they're suppose to do. I am clearing waves and holding back the enemy team single-handedly. I am in Silver 4 and I can carry my teammates easily but my team feeds. I belong in Platinum. If you see my replays I dominate bot lane. Getting most kills bot lane and most cs. I average around 10 cs per min before 15 minutes. As mid game approaches, I find it difficult to farm side lanes so I farm the jungle. Can't do anything if your team are full of r%%%%%s.
