title. amd if his ult cooldown had a longer cooldown thanm 3 seconds that would be fantastic.

It wouldn't matter if it did, since it would only draw aggro for the initial stun. Unless you want it to have a DoT attached onto it. I mean, that's cool too. Could probably lower some of his damage elsewhere.
