This account has been suspended permanently

My main account was suspended permanently in 2016 and I want it back.It was banned because i had a skin hack in my computer.I love LoL, but i rly want my account back because I learn to dont use skin hacks or another hacks.I am playing legit right now and my friends too. Riot, can yo ugive me my account back and unban all accounts who was banned because of a skin hack.
