Can you just rip off the battlerite format as a side gamemode for people who want to just 1v1?

Seriously, sometimes i don't actually want to play a match, I instead often just want to 1v1 people on high skill cap champs. Not in Aram or TT where that pleasure is dilluted by kinda shitty objectives but like, in a mode that literally is just fighting.

I was thinking like battlerite you can just have matches be 1v1, 2v2, or 10 man free for all (Chaos mode). maybe on a map similar to the ascension map. People would start with 10k gold, with 10k gp/5, the match starts at 30 seconds and you tele in. Why? because people should have their full builds.

People can go in and fight, last man or team standing wins the round, then it resets.

winner/winning team is the best of 10 rounds, if people are tied they get a sudden death mode at the end

Something like that would probably only work for a handful of champions. There's a lot of skills that depend on being in league's traditional environment to function, like Yasuo E or Cait traps. Adding items would make it even more difficult to balance since some champs scale better with items than others. It'd make more sense to remove all items and runes and give everyone fixed stats in the mode.
