Please Create Option To Turn Off Players Ability To Chat.

I've come to the conclusion that there needs to be an (out of game only) option to turn my chat. I find myself raging and getting stuck in a rage circle until i get penalized. this is no good for anyone. not me and not the other players. I believe that if there was an option (Only accessible from the dashboard options) completely inaccessible in game, that there would be a significant decrease in reports and in turn a decrease in overall punishments. i believe people would use this option and stop raging, i know i would love for this option to be instituted.
