Ofc, a CertainlyT champ has to use the most generic themes/tropes possible for the thematics of the character, and combined with the utter most mindblowingly stupid kit in the pretentious guise of "fun".

Noticing him stealing Vel'Koz's got makes me wonder if he'll only be able to use the magic damage on it as he can't technically proc the true damage passive on it?
