Riven got a Legendary skin last year, why give her another skin when SO many other champions are need of one? Like maybe Diana who hasnt got a Legendary skin in 6 years
Because it will actually sell, duh.
Let's just completely ignore that they're finally making real efforts to include champions that haven't had skins in ages, like Shen whose most recent skin outside of the team skin is older than Diana herself.
