The report system is garbage

This really needs to stop, I get into a match and what do you know someone immediately bans the champion I selected to play, I being annoyed because I was tilted from another game decide to int, Really simple I deserve my 14 day ban, However, I do feel like this guy deserves the same thing as he intentionally banned my champion to get a rise out of me, For what reason should this guy not be punished for doing something about as bad? This wasn't even ranked so me inting didn't make him lose elo. Not only that but many people that int in my games get off easy, My friend inted on his alt account and was fine but 5 minutes after I do it I get banned? what Is that.
