Time to say good bye to an old friend

Hello, as this will be the first and the last time i will be here, i would like to share with you the motive that made me quit league of legends. You see, League can be fun, especially with friends, You can have a great time, laugh a lot and just enjoy the game IF you play casually. The game is great, the problem is the player base and how Riot addresses those who are badly behaved. Today, i played the game that made me quit League and made me realize that some things in this game will never change, no matter how hard you try. We could educate others by being ourselves a better person, sadly, there are not many who can be like that, positive and ok with everything without caring for the situation they are in. You have no idea how many times i tried to keep calm and keep the moral of my team up just so we can win, sadly, it only works 30% of the times. I kept telling my team to calm down, to stop insulting each other and what it hurt me the most, is that at the end of the game, although i tried my best to be friendly and positive no matter the situation, i got nothing back, no thank you, no honor, nothing. I will not deny the fact that at times i lost the grip on what i tried to be and lost myself, insulting or calling people names, but most of the times i apologizes or try to make up for being rude and mean with someone that didn't say a word to me of they didn't mean for things to go wrong. What happen today, was above your average salty player and made me decide to go seek fun somewhere else. This dude, which i will not mention, was pre-made with his buddy, nothing to complain about, what made me lose my mind, is that even though he was assigned bottom, he went jungle without the consent of your teammate, he didn't wait for an yes, he just locked in. We moved on and kept calm, until we started loosing the game. My lane, bottom, was ganged 4 times by the enemy jungler in under 5 mins and that wasn't even the bigger issue, the problem was that his pre-made was losing top and he didn't even try to help his own pre-made and above that, he kept blaming the team as the enemy jungler turned us into dust. He was mean, he was salty and he refused to admit he did wrong in taking the role of somebody else and on top of that, he didn't even want to consider that the fact that he wasn't ganging any lane was the issue. I am not a good player and maybe i didn't chose the best support to counter the enemy jungler, the sad part being the fact that without the intervention of the enemy jungler, we were actually wining the lane. Please keep in mind that this was a ranked game. I am not the best and i main supp, which for many of you maybe be strange, i just enjoyed my role and i tried my best to keep my team up, sadly, today is the end. Maybe you will meet a 1 in 10 players that is actually friendly no matter the situation, which is very sad that 80% of the community is filled with a lot of salt. League is notorious for it's community and the worst part is that they don't address the issue at all, nor they try to congratulate those who are always calm and friendly.
