Permabanned for no reason

I can't tell you how I feel right now, I have spend over 150$ on this account and I got permabanned because a player in my game tilted me, kept pinging me, saying I should go afk and at the end of the game told me that she knows some people and that I would just dissappear. I will admit I was a little toxic but a guy that legit told me he is gonna kill me will 100% not get a ban, this system is dumb and riot needs people who actually look at the chat logs, not just dumb bots.

I got permed before too, and I made a similar thread saying similar things. You have to keep in mind that you could be dealing with the most evil person in the entire universe, but if you let some language slip, respond negatively, or do anything other than A) remain silent or/ and B) mute them then you will get an equal punishment to them. It's quite literally a zero-tolerance policy that we just have to deal with.

So there's a reason.

If you have been verbally toxic, you're likely to trigger the report system if you've been reported.

A pemanent ban is the result of multiple punitions. Chat restriction and 14 days bans are your chances of redeem. If you didn't get any of these, you are free to contact the Riot Games support, which will surely give you answers.

A death threat is a serious issue, but as I said before, the report system will trigger only if you report the threatening player. Otherwise his case won't be reviewed.

Riot doesn't care about this you would have given them 10K they would still have perma'd you

You weren't perma'd because they were toxic, you were perma'd because you were toxic. You can't be banned for what others did, if you didn't respond with toxicity your account would still be safe. The system only looks at YOUR chat logs. I'd also encourage you to paste them here (log in, a message will show up with your whole chat logs. There's a copy to clipboard button) so we can discuss what got you banned.
