Only people I know who say Kai'Sa is good are low elos.

even with those buffs I doubt she'll be playable bot lane, especially with the rageblade rework

riot buffing something doesnt mean that they are garbage if you think thats how it works i would like to direct you to release ornn

She's already decent, I think those buffs are too much.

It's a nudge, but I don't think it'll break her.

The range increase on her auto is understandable. The range increase on her Q is something I question. The ratios on her E I'm not concerned about but I'd keep an eye on the skill because it's not straightforward.

In general they should buff mid laners instead of adcs.,

Kai’Sa won’t be especially viable in-lane until they fix her Q target selection, and won’t be playable in the jungle until she gets the low health minion damage on all monsters, like she should.
