Riot, should LoL be balanced around...

the best players or the gigantic body of average players?, is a question we all are familiar with.

I'd like to know though if LoL gets balanced around solo queue or around coordinated teams? Being a top level player and being coordinated are not necessarily the same after all.

I just struggle with the concept a bit. There are heroes which power spikes exponentially when you play with people who know your style and adjust accordingly. Same heroes might be mediocre when you lack said teamplay.

"gigantic body of average players"

I wish I could get average players on my team. But, I guess it depends on your definition of average.

Do average players:

Ward? Look at the map? Have awareness of their missing lane opponent? Buy the correct items?

If that's an average player, I don't get them. Ever. I get the..... Other ones lol

The proper way to balance it is towards the average, regular playerbase. Those top 1% in Challenger 1 LCS games are a place most of us will never reach and frankly, in some cases who cares? Playing a game and having fun is supposed to be the point of these things. I'm just tired of all the pro stuff shoved in our face when most of us will never be paid for playing a video game, fun as it may have been.

I think right now its oriented around pro team comps and their requests, since they carry far more weight than the average "rito plz" player, despite us paying money.
