Where are the missions?

I wrote a post like this earlier because I was confused as to where the missions where. I was told that they are weekly. Its literally week two, Thursday and there are no new missions, WTF? Missions actually make the game feel like there is an objective. Not to mention I bought the pass because i like having the missions to do. So what is riot doing, they just gonna keep leaving us all hanging cmon!!
