Wouldn't make more sense if kindred's slow was on his W instead of the E?

I don't play Kindred, so i'm not saying this to advantage myself, i'm not gaining anything from this, but i was thinking: so, kindred's E marks the opponent, slows him and after 3 aa the wolf does an empowered damage that scales off the enemy's missing health. That means it should be used as an executioner, like volibear's W, but contrary to volibear when you play Kindred you tend to use the E immediately because of the slow, opposite to what the spell was meant for. Wouldn't make more sense to move the slow to an another spell like maybe when you use your W the first attack of the wolf slows you? Just an idea
