Honor 5 but no honor capsules?

Is it only me or is it that the higher you go in the honor system the less Honor capsules you get? Honor level 3 I would them very frequently, Honor 4 a little less and now Honor 5 I have only gotten key fragments. I have been Honor 5 since last Monday and I still haven't gotten a single one. The best thing I have gotten was 2 key fragments. And it's not that I am a toxic person and I get reported a lot, because how else you think I got Honor 5? But the fact that it's been this long and I haven't seen one is crazy. [cass-cry]

I have noticed this as well, I go up in honor the less rewards I am getting.

I have Honor 5 more like 15 days now and i did not get any capsules at all...

I have the exact same issue. I have been honor 5 for a week now and the only thing i have gotten is 1 key fragment every few days. I got much more honor rewards at honor 3 and 4.

I'm honor level four and only got two capsules and they were both champion shards :(

I never got Capsules UNTIL I was Level 5. They are a very RARE drop at the moment. Riot did say they were going to improve it for the next season.

I've been honor level 5 for about 3-4 days, but i haven't gotten a single honor capsule from the start of the new honor system yet i've heard people get capsules and get the gray Warwick, and the twitch skins.

I got honor 5 today after not being able to play for a week. However i got both honor 3 and 4 the day it was possible yet i still havent gotten a single honor capsule. How the hell have people been getting them REGULARLY from HONOR 3?

It actually took me two weeks to get my first honor capsule with Honor 5 and it was only a Garen champion shard.

I am honor 5 and have been for a couple weeks, and have never gotten an honor capsule ever. Even when I was honor 4 or honor 3 which I was honor 3 almost 2 days after the change.
