Is he a darkin now? Makes sense considering how edgy he is
the question now is why Riven isn't also a darkin, considering that she is also an edgelord
Ever since the "darkins are weapons" theory with aatrox, I think riot embraced it or it was true and went full fledged with it for kayn. And seeing as the darkin use weird weapons, it isn't wrong to think varus could have gotten power from a darkin that was in the well he guarded and gave into. Aatrox is war Rhaast seems to be death via reaper status Varus can be considered pestilence due to his blight motif
