Gold IV end of Season 9 rewards

I’m gold IV with 0lp as of today because the world just wants it that way even if it doesn’t make any freaking sense...got cheated out of gold in season 8 because of terrible “internet” and general elo hell shenanigans...I did get to gold one-tricking kai’sa and for a while I was almost literally 1v5 every game...my teams would just be meatshields while I did basically everything. I’m getting the end of season rewards this year one way or another even if I have to drop the game (or at least my main acct) and sit in Gold with 0lp until December. But I’m wondering if I can stay inactive at 0lp that long without auto-dropping, aside from my literal year and a half of conveniently inconvenient bs and elo hell in this game that I need to cry about, I’m wondering if I can just leave my account at 0lp in gold for the rest of the year and get the victorious skin (I’m hoping it’s someone I play and it looks cool, but knowing my luck in this game sometimes it’ll prolly be someone I don’t even play) anyway someone please let me know...sigh I wouldn’t even still be playing this game if I haven’t already spent a few hundred on skins and events over the past 2 years.
