Bounties should be fairly split with all the people involved in the shutdown

I don't want to be killing someone with a HUGE bounty then the support coming to help me accidentally steals the kill and takes all the bounty gold when I get a (60 gold) to buy a chocolate with.

it's either you give the bounty gold to the one that did the most damage. or you split it between all the players that were involved in the shutdown

and for towers

I don't want to take the whole tower in my lane and then when my jungler comes for a gank and I die and he is still alive he would go take the tower and get all the gold when I get a nice little (100 gold) for being in the team...

all the people that did at least 500+ damage to that tower should get a part of the tower's gold no matter when in the game they did that damage they should get it. the number can be adjusted but the idea in general should be added. and also anyone that just got an assist by hitting it no matter if he did 500+ damage or not but he did it recently he should also get some of the gold.
