Rework Demonblade Trynd and Bloodlord Vlad and other sub-par "legendary" skins

It's been far too long. We've been asking for these two skins to be reworked because they simply aren't at the standard that legendary skins should be held at. They honestly look like 975rp skins. Heck, even Birdio ( that April Fools Galio skin) has better effects than these two skins. Annie in Wonderland? Magnificent TF? THEY'RE TRASH. NOT WORTH 1820 RP. Rework them.

P.S. This is my opinion. Mods, please don't remove this again.

They will get what they need when the champions get VGUs (with the exception of Annie who has already had a visual update which came before the time where they gave those kind of skins the full treatment)
